How does the free trial work?
You get 1 day free on the Growth plan. Your card is required to start but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime from Settings before the trial ends.
What platforms can I search for creators?
YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. YouTube returns the most results and emails. Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook are supported but email availability varies by creator.
Why are some creators missing emails?
Many creators don't publicly list their email. We scrape their profile pages and bio links automatically, but if they've kept it private we can't find it. YouTube creators tend to have the highest email availability.
How do I connect my Gmail to send emails?
Go to Settings → Email → enter your Gmail address and an App Password (not your regular password). Google requires App Passwords for third-party apps — you can generate one in your Google Account under Security → 2-Step Verification → App passwords.
What counts as a "contact"?
Each creator added to a campaign counts as one contact. Your monthly limit resets on a rolling 30-day window from your first contact that month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Go to Settings → Manage subscription. You can switch plans, update your payment method, or cancel anytime from the billing portal.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Manage subscription → Cancel plan. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Why does the Google sign-in show a Supabase URL?
This is a known cosmetic issue with how our auth provider works. It's safe — PitchCreators is the app you're signing into. We're working on a custom domain fix.
