1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PitchCreators ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PitchCreators is a SaaS tool that helps startup founders discover YouTube creators, generate AI-personalized pitch emails, and send those emails from their own Gmail account. The Service uses the YouTube Data API to find creators and Groq AI to generate email content.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate outreach to YouTube creators relevant to your business. You may not use PitchCreators to send spam, misleading content, or to contact creators for illegal purposes. Abuse of the email sending feature may result in account termination.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your 1-day free trial begins the moment you start a subscription. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

6. Plan Limits

Each plan includes a monthly limit on creator contacts and active campaigns. These limits reset monthly. Unused contacts do not roll over.

7. Intellectual Property

The PitchCreators platform, including its design and code, is owned by PitchCreators. AI-generated email content produced using your startup description belongs to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that creators will respond to your pitches, or that email delivery will always succeed. Results depend on your product, pitch quality, and creator interest.

9. Limitation of Liability

PitchCreators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
